Hi, my name is Vanessa and I have worked in the Real Estate Industry for 25 + years.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with and learn from several exceptional mentors and colleagues. I have gained extensive experience in various aspects of Real Estate, holding roles ranging from Property Manager to General Manager.
Additionally, I pursued my own studies in Bookkeeping during this period.
I have had a passion for Real Estate from a very young age, so I am very blessed to be able to practice my passion for numbers and figures within an industry I love.
I started this business to empower Real Estate Agents, by competently managing their Trust Accounts allowing them to confidently work on their business instead of in it.

Lauren joins the Vanessa Cole and Associates team as a fully qualified bookkeeper with a passion for trust accounting.
Laurens calm, thoughtful demeanour and exceptional attention to detail ensures that our clients trust accounts are handled with superior care and attention.
Trust Account Administrator - Tanae
Tanae joins the Vanessa Cole and Associates team as a fully
qualified book keeper who is persueing her BAS qualifications.
Tanae has a warm and thoughtful personality and is passionate
about assisting our clients with their trust accounting needs
so that they can best service their clients
